Frequently asked questions
Two hundred practical answers about accounts, listings, payments, safety and Russian law
The complete iniaz.ru FAQ: 20 categories and 200 answers covering registration, verification, posting adverts, search, chat, wallet and payments, refunds, fraud prevention, moderation, complaints, technical issues, mobile, languages, cities, housing, vehicles, jobs, business and personal data.
How to use this FAQ
Twenty categories, each with ten answers, arranged in the order you are likely to need them
This page collects the two hundred questions users ask most often, grouped into twenty categories of ten. The first five categories cover the account itself: registration, verification, posting an advert, editing and promoting it, and finding what you need through search. The next five cover the parts of the platform where money and conversations happen: chat, the wallet, refunds and disputes, fraud prevention, and moderation rules.
The remaining categories move outwards from the platform into ordinary life in Russia. You will find complaint procedures, technical fixes, the mobile experience, language and translation questions, and city coverage. The last five categories are the practical ones that decide whether a deal goes well: housing, vehicles, employment, services and business, and personal data.
Everything is written to be read on its own. If you are about to pay a deposit, start with the safety category and the housing category; if a payment has gone wrong, start with refunds and disputes. The legal references use the official Russian statute numbers, with a short explanation in plain English, so you can find the original text when a dispute becomes formal.
If an answer does not resolve your question, write to the mailbox that matches the topic: support@iniaz.ru for accounts and listings, safety@iniaz.ru for fraud and threats, privacy@iniaz.ru for personal data, and legal@iniaz.ru for formal complaints. Response targets are published on the contact page and apply to every language.
- Answers are kept in sync with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; where they differ, the legal documents prevail.
- The Russian version of a legal document is the binding text, and the English and Persian versions are provided for understanding.
- Nothing in this FAQ is legal advice. For a specific tenancy, employment or customs question, consult a qualified Russian lawyer.

Account and registration
10Open the registration page, enter a working email address and a phone number, and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We send a one-time code to confirm the phone, and the code is valid for ten minutes. After confirmation, add a display name and your city, and the account is ready to use.
Yes. A single account can publish listings, contact sellers and buy paid promotion; there are no separate buyer and seller accounts. One account is allowed per person and per verified phone number, because duplicate accounts are the most common tool for evading a suspension.
Use at least eight characters, ideally a unique passphrase you do not use on any other site, and enable two-step verification in the account security settings. We never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. If anyone does, report the message to safety@iniaz.ru.
Check that the number is entered in Russian format with the country code, and wait sixty seconds before requesting a new code. Codes can be delayed by carrier filtering or a full inbox. If three attempts fail, try email confirmation or write to support@iniaz.ru with the number and the time of the attempt.
Change both in account settings, and confirm the change from the old address or number before the new one is activated. This two-sided confirmation protects you if someone gains access to one channel. If you no longer control the old address, contact support and be ready to verify your identity another way.
Deletion is available in account settings: the profile is deactivated immediately and public listings are hidden. Personal data is then destroyed on the schedule described in the privacy policy, typically within thirty days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Messages you sent to other users may remain in their inboxes.
Blocks follow a written rule: duplicate accounts, spam, fraud indicators, repeated prohibited listings or a confirmed safety report. The notification states which rule was applied. You can appeal once through support@iniaz.ru with the account email and any evidence, and a different reviewer examines the case.
Registration, browsing and standard listings are free. Optional promotion, highlighted placement and business tools are paid, and the price is shown before you confirm. No feature is unlocked by a payment made outside the platform, and we never charge a fee simply to keep an account active.
Registration is open regardless of where you are, and all three language versions work from any country. Practical use still depends on a Russian phone number for verification and on being able to meet the other party or hand over goods inside Russia. Personal data of Russian citizens is stored in Russia as required by 152-FZ.
Try the password reset first; if the address is yours, the reset link will reach you and you can secure the account. Then write to support@iniaz.ru from that same address, state that the account was created without your consent, and ask for it to be frozen pending verification. Do not negotiate with the person who contacted you.
Profile and verification
10Verification is a one-time identity check that adds a badge to your public profile. It signals that the platform has seen a document matching the account holder, and it unlocks some categories and higher listing limits. It does not mean we inspected the item, the property or the offer.
For individuals we accept a Russian passport, a foreign passport with a valid visa or migration card, or another identity document recognised in Russia. For businesses we ask for the company name and its OGRN or INN, plus confirmation that the applicant may represent the company. We request only the pages needed to match the name and the document number.
Most complete applications are reviewed within one business day, and a queue peak can extend this to three. If a document is unreadable or the name does not match, the application is returned with a specific reason rather than a generic rejection. You can resubmit immediately without waiting.
Document images are stored in a restricted area accessible only to the verification team, and they are not visible to other users, buyers or advertisers. We process them solely to confirm identity under 152-FZ, and delete them when the retention period in the privacy policy expires. Access to that area is logged.
It means the account behind the listing completed an identity check. It does not certify ownership of a flat or a car, the accuracy of a description or the safety of a prepayment. Treat the badge as one signal among several, alongside documents, a viewing and a written contract.
Ordinary listings in goods and services can be posted with a confirmed phone number only. Housing, vehicles, jobs and business profiles require additional confirmation, because the harm from a fake listing in those categories is higher. The posting form tells you exactly which level applies before you start.
Yes. Provide the legal name, OGRN or INN, the address and the name of the representative, and confirm your authority to act for the company. Verified business profiles display a company badge and can use structured contact details. We may ask for a fresh document when the company details change.
The usual reasons are a blurred or cropped image, an expired document, a name that does not match the account holder, or visible signs of editing. We do not reject for language or citizenship. The rejection message names the specific problem, and you can reapply as soon as you can correct it.
No. Other users see your display name, city, account age, verification badge and reviews. They never see your passport data, your address, your date of birth or your phone number unless you choose to share it in a chat. Support staff see only what is required to handle your request.
Yes, if a document expires, if the name on the account changes, or if a confirmed fraud report shows the identity was used dishonestly. In most cases you are asked to re-verify rather than lose the account. A revoked badge is removed from all active listings.
Posting adverts
10Sign in, choose the category that matches what you offer, and complete the required fields: title, city, price or price basis, description and photos. Preview the listing, confirm how you want to be contacted, and submit it to moderation. A complete advert is usually published the same day.
Category, city, a factual title, a description of at least a few sentences, a price or an explicit statement that it is negotiable, one genuine photo and a way to be contacted. Housing, vehicles and jobs add category-specific fields such as rooms, mileage or salary, because those are the details buyers filter on.
Up to ten photos per listing, with the first used as the cover image. Use recent photographs of the actual item or property, not catalogue images, and avoid including documents, bank cards or other people's faces. Photos with embedded phone numbers or watermarks advertising another site are rejected.
New adverts are usually reviewed within a few hours during working hours, and within twenty-four hours at weekends. Paid promotion does not skip moderation. If a listing stays in review longer than a day, check your notifications: a missing required field is the most common cause.
Standard listings run for thirty days from publication. You receive a reminder before expiry and can renew with one action, which keeps the listing history but resets its position by date. Listings that are not renewed are archived and can be restored later from your account.
Rejections cite a specific rule: prohibited goods or services, the wrong category, contact details inside the description or photos, a duplicate of an active listing, a misleading price, or missing documents required by the category. You can correct the issue and resubmit, or appeal the decision through support.
One offer belongs in one city. Posting the same item across many cities is treated as spam and may lead to removal and a limit on new listings. If you genuinely have separate offers in different cities, create separate adverts that describe each one accurately.
State the condition, the key measurements or specifications, what is included, the terms of the deal and any restriction a buyer must know, such as a deposit or a minimum rental period. Mention the district and the nearest metro or transport stop for housing and services. Vague descriptions filled with keywords attract fewer serious replies.
Only with that person's knowledge and consent, and you must say in the description that you are acting for the owner or the seller. The account holder remains responsible for the accuracy of the listing. Impersonating an owner, an agent or a company is a ground for removal.
Yes. New and unverified accounts have a lower limit, and the number rises with account age and successful verification. The limit exists to stop bulk posting and to keep one seller from filling a whole category. Your current allowance is shown on the posting page.
Editing, renewal and promotion
10Open the listing from your account, choose edit and change the fields you need. Price, category, city and photos are re-checked by moderation; small text corrections usually apply immediately. Editing does not create a new listing and does not reset its publication date.
Use the renew button in your account or follow the reminder link we send three days before expiry. Renewal keeps the same listing number and any reviews attached to it, and updates the date shown to buyers. An expired listing can still be renewed for a limited period before it is archived.
Highlighting makes a listing visually distinct, boosting places it higher in category results for a set period, and pinning keeps it at the top of a chosen city and category. Each option has a fixed price and duration displayed before payment. Promotion affects visibility only.
No. Promotion buys placement, not buyers, and we do not promise a number of views, calls or sales. Its effect depends on the price, the photos, the description and demand in the category. A promoted listing that breaks the rules is still removed, without a refund for the remaining period.
Yes: you can pause a listing and it disappears from public search while staying in your account. Paused listings do not receive new contacts, and the remaining active days are preserved. Restore it when the item is available again instead of deleting and reposting.
Certain changes are treated as a new offer: the price, the category, the city, the photos and the title. These fields are re-moderated because they are exactly what a fraudulent edit would target. Text-only clarifications normally publish without delay.
Yes, if the item is genuinely available in the new city; the listing is re-checked after the change. Changing the city repeatedly to appear in more searches is treated as spam. For a second location, create a separate listing that describes it honestly.
The deposit is an agreement between you and the buyer, outside the platform, and editing the listing does not change it. Keep the written conversation and any receipt, and record revised terms in a message both sides can see. If a dispute follows, the platform can preserve the listing history but cannot order a refund.
Contact support@iniaz.ru with the order number and the reason. If the promotion has not started, it is normally cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method. Once it has run, a partial refund is considered only where the listing was removed because of a platform error, not a rule violation.
Your account shows views and contact clicks for each active listing, plus a comparison with your other listings. We do not show who viewed a listing, and we do not sell that data. Use the numbers to test the price and the cover photo rather than to identify individual visitors.
Search and filters
10Enter a keyword and choose a city, then narrow the results with category filters. Results default to a mix of relevance and freshness, with promoted listings marked as such. Searching in Persian, Russian or English returns matches in any of the three languages where the text matches.
Set your city in the search bar; it is saved for future visits. Housing and services add district, metro station and sometimes a radius selector. If your district is not listed, search the city and filter by the nearest metro stations instead.
Deal type, number of rooms, price range, total and living area, floor and number of floors, furnished or unfurnished, deposit, minimum rental period, pets, and whether utilities are included. Each applied filter is shown as a removable chip above the results.
Sort by relevance, newest first, lowest or highest price, and for housing by area. Sorting by newest is the best way to catch a genuinely fresh listing before it collects many replies. Promoted listings stay marked even when they appear at the top.
It may have expired, been paused by the seller, been removed by moderation, or sold and deleted. Check your browser history or saved listings to locate the number, then search by that number. If it was removed, support can confirm the reason only to the account that posted it.
Run a search, then save it from the results page and choose an alert frequency. We email or notify you when new listings match the saved filters, with a link back to the results. Delete a saved search at any time in your account, and alerts stop immediately.
Yes, keyword search covers the title and the description, not only the title. Use specific terms such as the model, the material or the district rather than generic words. Very common words return a lot of noise, so combine them with filters.
Filter for verified accounts only, hide promoted listings if you prefer an unranked view, and block a seller from their profile so their listings stop appearing for you. Blocking is private: the other person is not told and cannot see that you blocked them.
That happens when the city filter is set to a region, when the nearby area option is on, or when a promoted listing targets the region. Check the active filter chips above the results and clear the region filter to see only the exact city.
No. Position reflects relevance, freshness and paid promotion, not reliability. Assess the seller through the description, the photos, the verification badge, the account age and the reviews, and always inspect the item or the property before paying.
Chat and messages
10Open the listing and select the message button; you need to be signed in. Your first message automatically includes a reference to the listing, so the seller sees which advert you mean even after several conversations. The seller is notified by email and in the account inbox.
Only you and the other participant can read the conversation in the normal course of use. Messages are stored so that both sides keep a history and so that moderation can review a conversation that is formally reported. We do not publish chats, and we do not use their contents for advertising.
Yes: images and PDF documents can be attached, subject to the size limit shown in the composer. Documents are useful for sharing a draft lease, a vehicle passport page or a receipt before a meeting. Executable files and archives are blocked because they are a common malware vector.
The warning appears because most scams begin with a fast move to a private channel where the platform cannot see what was promised. It does not block you: you can still share a phone number when you are ready. Read it as a prompt to keep the key terms in the chat as a record.
Open the conversation menu and choose block, report, or both. Blocking stops new messages from that account and hides their listings for you; reporting opens a moderation case with the conversation attached. Threats and extortion should also go to safety@iniaz.ru, which is monitored around the clock.
You can remove a conversation from your inbox, which hides it from your view without deleting the other person's copy. Individual sent messages cannot be unsent, because the other party has already received them. In a dispute, reported conversations are preserved even if you hide them.
The usual causes are a temporary connection problem, a message limit for new accounts, a blocked recipient or a message that triggered a safety filter. Retry once after a minute. If delivery keeps failing, send a screenshot to support@iniaz.ru with the time and the recipient's display name.
Yes, you may move to another channel, but understand what you lose: the platform can no longer see the agreement, and it cannot help resolve a dispute that happened elsewhere. Keep the first contact, the price and the meeting place in the platform chat, and be extra careful with prepayment after moving.
Yes, and the chat is a good place to record what was agreed: the final price, what is included, the deposit, the handover date and who pays which costs. A written exchange is far more useful than a phone call if a disagreement appears later. Neither side is obliged to accept an offer made in chat.
Staff access a conversation only when it is reported for moderation, when it is needed to investigate fraud or a threat, or when a legally binding request from an authority requires it. Routine support does not browse chats. Every access by a moderator is logged and limited to the case at hand.
Wallet and payments
10The wallet is an internal balance used to pay for platform services such as promotion, highlighting and business tools. It is not a bank account, it pays no interest, and it cannot be used to send money to another user. Top-ups and spends are listed with a reference number in your account.
Open the wallet tab in your account, enter an amount and pay with a Russian bank card or a supported instant transfer method. The balance is credited after the payment provider confirms the transaction, usually within minutes. A receipt is issued for every successful top-up.
Russian bank cards and the fast payment system are the main methods, and the available options are shown at checkout. International cards and foreign wallets are not reliably supported because of current banking restrictions. If your card is issued outside Russia, expect a decline even when the card is valid elsewhere.
Yes. Under 54-FZ, every payment through the platform generates a fiscal receipt, which we send to your account email and display in the wallet history. The receipt contains the amount, the date, the service purchased and the fiscal details. Keep it: it is the document you need for an employer reimbursement or a formal complaint.
No. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and processed by that provider under its own security standards. iniaz.ru stores only a masked reference such as the last four digits, the amount and the status, which is what you see in the payment history.
Publishing standard listings is free, and the platform charges only for the optional services you select, at the price shown before payment. A payment provider may apply its own fee, which is displayed at checkout. We do not take a percentage of a deal agreed between users, because we are not a party to it.
Unspent money that you added and never used can be returned to the original payment method on request, subject to the refund rules. Promotional credits, bonuses and compensation balances are not withdrawable. Write to support@iniaz.ru with the top-up receipt and the amount you want returned.
Common causes are a bank limit, an expired card, a failed 3-D Secure confirmation, insufficient funds or a block on online payments. Try another card before retrying the same one repeatedly. If the bank shows a completed payment that the platform did not credit, send the receipt to support and do not pay twice.
All prices, top-ups and refunds are in Russian roubles. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own conversion fee. The amount charged in roubles is the amount shown on the receipt.
No. The platform does not hold deposits, does not act as an escrow agent and does not guarantee that a buyer will pay or a seller will deliver. Any payment between users happens directly between them, outside the platform, and carries the risks described in the safety guide.
Refunds and disputes
10Write to support@iniaz.ru with your account email, the order or receipt number, the service purchased and the reason. Requests for a service that has not started are normally approved in full. Once a promotion has run, a refund depends on whether the service was delivered as described.
Report the problem through the listing or write to support with the conversation, the payment evidence and a short timeline. We review whether the listing or the account broke platform rules and can restrict, remove or suspend. We do not adjudicate the underlying contract or order one private party to pay another; that is for a court or, in consumer cases, a supervisory authority.
No. iniaz.ru is a classifieds platform, not a payment intermediary, and it does not hold funds, release funds on delivery or reimburse losses from a private deal. Anyone who tells you the platform will hold a deposit is misrepresenting how it works and is very likely attempting a scam.
Save the listing text and photos, the full chat, the receipt or bank statement, the signed contract or draft, and photographs of the item or the property on the day you received it. Note dates and amounts in roubles. Evidence collected at the time is far stronger than a description written weeks later.
We review a complete request within ten business days and tell you the outcome in writing. Once approved, the refund returns to the original payment method and typically appears within five to ten banking days, depending on your bank. A card refund cannot be sent to a different card or account.
Use the fiscal receipt from your email or the wallet history, which keeps the order reference even after a listing is removed. A bank statement showing the amount, date and recipient is also accepted. Send the earliest document you have and state the listing number if you noted it.
Report the account to safety@iniaz.ru immediately with the chat, the payment proof and the listing details; we can suspend the account and preserve records. Then file a police report (заявление в полицию) in the district where the payment or meeting took place. A civil claim for unjust enrichment is also possible under the Civil Code, though recovery depends on identifying the recipient.
As a rule, no: we are not a party to the deal and do not insure it. Liability for platform services is limited as described in the Terms of Service. Where Russian law requires a different outcome for a paid platform service, for example under consumer protection rules, we apply the law rather than the general limitation.
A chargeback is a request to your bank to reverse a card payment, made under the card scheme rules rather than under platform policy. Provide the bank with the receipt, the correspondence and a clear explanation of what was not delivered. During a chargeback the related account may be temporarily limited while the evidence is reviewed.
For a consumer service, contact Rospotrebnadzor (Роспотребнадзор) through its official portal; for a private deal, a court claim is the usual route. For platform services, send a formal complaint to legal@iniaz.ru first, because many issues are resolved there and a written reply is useful evidence later.
Safety and fraud prevention
10Warning signs include a price far below the market, pressure to decide immediately, refusal to meet or allow an inspection, a request for prepayment to a personal card, stock photos, and an account created days ago. A seller who cannot answer basic questions about the item is a reason to stop.
Avoid full prepayment to someone you have not met, especially by transfer to a personal card. For housing, inspect the flat and check documents before any deposit; for goods, prefer payment on handover. If prepayment is unavoidable, keep it small, documented and tied to a written agreement.
Fake landlords who collect a deposit for a flat they do not own, job offers that require a fee for training or equipment, overpayment scams, phishing links disguised as payment pages, and fake delivery or customs notices. The pattern is always the same: a small urgency that pushes you to pay before you can verify anything.
Meet in person, compare the name in the passport with the name in the ownership document, and ask for a recent extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (выписка ЕГРН). For a car, check the vehicle passport, the registration certificate and the VIN against publicly available restriction databases. Never accept a photocopy as proof of ownership.
Treat any payment link sent in a chat as hostile until proven otherwise. A genuine bank page never asks for a card CVV, a full card number or an SMS code to receive money, and receiving a transfer never requires you to enter credentials. Close the link and check your balance in your own banking app instead.
Use the report button on the listing or profile, and write to safety@iniaz.ru with the account name, listing number, chat screenshots and payment evidence. For money already lost, also file a police report and keep the reference number. Reports can be sent in Persian, Russian or English.
We acknowledge it, review the evidence and, where the risk is clear, restrict the listing or the account within the four-hour safety target. Records are preserved for a potential police investigation. We tell you the outcome where we can do so without revealing another person's personal data.
No. The platform does not process payments between users, so a transfer you make to a seller never passes through us and cannot be reversed by us. Only payments for platform services, such as promotion, go through the platform payment provider and receive a fiscal receipt.
The fraudster sends more money than agreed, or sends a fake notification of a transfer, then asks you to return the difference to another account. Check your actual bank balance rather than a screenshot, never refund a transfer you cannot see, and report the account. Real overpayments are resolved through the bank, not by an immediate transfer.
Use a unique password, enable two-step verification, and never share a one-time code with anyone, including someone claiming to be support. Check that the address bar shows iniaz.ru before signing in, and sign out on shared devices. Report any unexpected login notification to safety@iniaz.ru.
Rules and content moderation
10We remove illegal goods and services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit branded goods, unlicensed medical offers, adult content, extremist material, personal data published without consent, and any offer that facilitates fraud. Russian law applies, including 149-FZ on restricting unlawful information and 114-FZ and 398-FZ on extremist content, so a listing lawful elsewhere may still be removed here.
Automated filters flag prohibited keywords, duplicate text and known scam patterns, and a human reviewer checks new listings and every report. Moderation looks at the category, the description, the photos and the account history. A decision is recorded against the listing, which is what makes an appeal possible.
The scale runs from a request to edit, through removal of a listing, limits on new listings, temporary suspension and permanent closure. The sanction depends on the rule and on the account history. Serious fraud or threats lead to immediate suspension while the case is reviewed.
Yes. Reply to the moderation notification or write to support@iniaz.ru with the listing number and the reason you believe the decision is wrong. A reviewer who did not make the original decision examines the appeal. Appeals are answered within two business days, and a successful appeal restores the listing without a new publication date.
We do not remove a review because it is negative or because a seller dislikes it. We remove reviews that contain personal data, threats, obscenity, or claims about facts the reviewer cannot support, and reviews that were clearly posted to manipulate ratings. Honest criticism of a service is part of the marketplace.
New listings are normally reviewed within a few hours, and reported content is reviewed against the published targets: four hours for safety and fraud, one business day for other reports. Queues are longer at weekends, and complex cases that need documents take longer.
Sellers set their own prices, but a price must be genuine and available: advertising a low price to attract messages and then revealing a higher one is a misleading practice and a ground for removal. Under 38-FZ, advertising must be identifiable and must not contain false claims, and a claimed discount must reflect a real previous price.
Persian, Russian and English are all accepted. For categories where a Russian-speaking counterpart is likely, adding Russian keywords to the title increases reach without changing the language of the body. Documents required by Russian authorities must be in Russian, whatever language the advert uses.
Only on report, during a fraud investigation, or when a lawful request from an authority requires it. We do not read conversations routinely. If a chat contains threats or an attempted scam, report it so that the specific conversation can be reviewed and preserved as evidence.
Repeat violations escalate: the first may be a warning or a removal, the next a limit on posting, and a further confirmed violation a suspension or a permanent ban. Fraud, threats and child-safety violations skip the lower steps. A permanent ban also closes the linked phone number, which is why duplicate accounts are not a workaround.
Complaints and reports
10Open the listing and choose report, then select the closest reason such as scam, prohibited item, wrong category, duplicate or offensive content. Add a short explanation and, if you have one, a screenshot. The seller is not told who reported the listing, and the report is attached to the listing record for the reviewer.
Use the report option on the user's profile or in the chat menu. Describe the behaviour, include dates and any messages, and mention whether money was involved. Reports about patterns of behaviour are reviewed together with the account history, not only with the one listing you saw.
You receive an acknowledgement with a case reference. A reviewer checks the evidence and either restricts, removes or takes no action, and you are notified of the outcome where the privacy of the other person allows it. Safety reports are reviewed within four hours; other reports within one business day.
You can submit a report without your name being shown to the other party, and we do not disclose the reporter's identity to them. However, a report from a signed-in account with a real conversation attached is much easier to verify and is prioritised. Anonymous reports are still reviewed when the listing itself is clearly unlawful.
Send the complaint to legal@iniaz.ru with your account email, the ticket numbers involved and a factual timeline of what happened. Complaints about a support delay, an unanswered request or a data-handling issue are logged and answered within three business days. If the issue is unresolved, the reply explains how to escalate it further.
Write to legal@iniaz.ru with proof that you own the material, the exact listing addresses, the original files or publication dates, and your contact details. Under Russian civil law the platform is an information intermediary and acts on a properly substantiated notice by restricting access. A counter-notice from the other party is passed to you before the material is restored.
Report the listing and write to privacy@iniaz.ru with the link and the data that must be removed. Under 152-FZ you may demand that unlawful processing stop, and we act on a substantiated request, generally within ten business days. If the publication includes threats or is used for extortion, send it to safety@iniaz.ru as well.
Ask for the ticket to be escalated to a supervisor in the same thread, and if that does not resolve it, send a formal complaint to legal@iniaz.ru quoting the earlier ticket numbers. A formal complaint receives a written answer within thirty calendar days, as required for user claims. After that, the ordinary routes are Rospotrebnadzor for consumer matters and a court for civil claims.
A single report never closes an account: a reviewer checks the evidence first. If a restriction was applied in error, appeal through support and it is reversed. Deliberately false reports intended to remove a competitor are themselves a violation and can lead to restrictions on the reporting account.
Use the report button and select the safety reason, then write to safety@iniaz.ru with the link. This covers threats, dangerous goods, offers targeting minors and any content that may breach 436-FZ on protecting children from harmful information. Urgent reports bypass the normal queue and are reviewed around the clock.
Technical problems
10Reload the page, try another network, and test in a private window to rule out an extension or a stale cache. If only one page fails, note its address; if every page fails, check whether your provider or region is blocking the connection. Report persistent problems to support@iniaz.ru with the time, the page and your browser.
Use JPEG or PNG, keep each file under the size limit shown in the uploader, and avoid HEIC files straight from some phone cameras. Rename files that contain unusual characters, and upload from the gallery rather than from a cloud preview. If a single photo fails repeatedly, resize it and try again.
This usually means cookies are blocked, you are browsing in a private window, or the session is being ended on another device. Allow cookies for iniaz.ru, close duplicate tabs and check the active sessions in account security. If it continues, report it with the browser version and the interval between logouts.
Disable ad blockers for the payment step, because some of them block the provider's script, and try a different browser or card. Do not refresh repeatedly while a payment is pending: a double submission can create two attempts. If money left your account without a receipt, contact support with the bank reference instead of paying again.
Error 403 means access to that page or action is denied, often because of a location restriction or a permission level. Error 429 means too many requests in a short period and clears on its own within minutes. Repeated 429 errors while browsing normally may indicate a shared network address, so mention it in your report.
Send a description with the page address, what you expected, what happened, the exact text of any error, your browser and operating system, and a screenshot if possible. State whether the problem is repeatable and the steps that trigger it. A precise report is usually resolved without a second exchange.
Occasional maintenance happens outside peak hours, usually between 02:00 and 05:00 Moscow time, and is announced in advance by email and with a banner on the site. During maintenance, browsing may work while posting and payments are paused. No payment is lost during a maintenance window; pending operations complete afterwards.
Clear the browser cache or open the page in a private window, then check that you saved the change and that it was not sent back to moderation. Some listing fields are re-reviewed and appear only after approval. If the saved value differs from what you see after a hard refresh, report it with the listing number.
The current versions of the major browsers are supported, and the site degrades gracefully on slower connections by loading smaller images first. Very old browsers may show layout problems or fail to complete payment. If you are on a metered or slow connection, reduce image quality in settings before uploading photos.
Check the spam and promotions folders, confirm the address on the account, and try the resend option after a few minutes. Delivery can be delayed by mailbox providers that filter automated messages. 10There is no separate native application at the moment; iniaz.ru is a responsive web platform that runs in a mobile browser with the same account and features. You can install it to your home screen so that it opens like an app. When a native application is released, the announcement will appear on the site, not in a message from an unknown account.
Open https://iniaz.ru in Safari, tap the share button and choose Add to Home Screen. Give it a short name and confirm. The shortcut opens the site full screen and keeps your session in the same way as the browser tab.
Open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app, depending on the version. Confirm the name and the shortcut appears with your other applications. It uses the same account and does not require a separate sign-in.
Browsing, posting, chatting, payments and support work in the mobile browser. A few administrative tools, such as bulk listing management for business profiles, are designed for a larger screen. If a feature appears on desktop but not on your phone, check that the browser is up to date before reporting it.
Enable data saving in your browser, which compresses images, and avoid opening listing galleries on a weak connection. The platform loads smaller preview images first and full-size photos on demand. If pages take more than a few seconds on a stable network, report the page and the network type.
Allow notifications when the browser asks, or enable them later in the site settings. On iPhone, web notifications require the site to be added to the home screen on current iOS versions. You can choose which events trigger a notification, such as new messages or saved-search matches, and turn them off at any time.
Yes. In the photo uploader choose the camera option, take the picture and confirm it. Use good light, hold the phone steady and photograph the actual item rather than a screen. Photos taken directly are less likely to be rejected for being a screenshot or a downloaded catalogue image.
Yes, and both sessions stay active until you sign out or the session expires. The account security page lists active sessions with the device and the last activity time. If you see a session you do not recognise, end it and change your password immediately.
Not recommended. Sign out when you finish, or use a private browsing window, which discards the session when it closes. Avoid saving the password in a shared browser, and check the active sessions page afterwards to confirm no session remains open. If a shared device was used for a payment, review the wallet history as well.
Normal browsing uses little battery; the heaviest activity is watching listing photo galleries and uploading large images. Keeping the site open in a background tab can refresh notifications and use some data. Close the tab when you are finished, or disable notifications if you want to reduce background activity.
Languages and translation
10The interface, the help centre and the legal documents are available in Persian, Russian and English. Listings can be written in any of the three, and search matches text in all three. Your chosen language is remembered on your account and on the device.
Use the language selector in the header or footer and confirm the change. The page reloads in the chosen language, and the preference is saved for your next visit. On a shared device the choice applies to the browser session, so switch back if needed.
A listing is published in the language the seller wrote, and a translation aid may be offered for reading. We do not silently replace the seller's text, because a machine translation can change a price, a date or a condition. Always confirm important terms in the original language before paying.
Yes, and it will be visible to Persian-speaking users. Adding a short Russian title or key terms in the description widens your reach to Russian-speaking buyers, who may not search in Persian. Keep the whole description consistent: mixing two languages in one sentence creates ambiguity.
The Persian, Russian and English versions are prepared and reviewed by the content team rather than generated automatically. If a translation is unclear, the Russian version governs for legal purposes, and the other versions are provided so that users can understand their rights. Report a discrepancy so it can be corrected.
Ask for the point to be repeated in simple words, and restate the key facts in your own message: price, date, address and what is included. Avoid idioms, slang and abbreviations that do not translate well. If a term is legal or technical, ask for the Russian wording, since that is what a contract or an official will use.
The Russian version is the binding text, because the platform operates under Russian law and the documents implement Russian statutes such as 152-FZ. The English and Persian versions are faithful translations provided for understanding. If they ever differ, the Russian text prevails, and we correct the translation.
Put the title in the language most of your customers use, then write the description in short paragraphs, each in one language only. Repeat the essential facts, such as price, deposit and availability, in both languages. Do not duplicate keyword lists in several languages: it looks like spam and may be moderated as such.
Write in Persian, Russian or English, and the reply comes in the same language where possible. Russian or Persian is the official language for legal correspondence and formal complaints. Attachments in another language are accepted, but a legal notice should include a Russian or Persian version.
Send the page address, the exact sentence and a suggested correction to info@iniaz.ru. Screenshots help, especially on mobile where the page address is harder to copy. Confirmed errors are corrected in the next content update, and the same fix is applied to the other language versions where relevant.
Cities and regions of Russia
10Listings are organised for more than twenty cities, including Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and others shown in the city selector. Coverage grows as users post in a city, so a new city may have fewer listings at first.
Use the city selector in the header or on the search page; the choice is saved for your account. Changing the city changes the default feed and search results, not the listings you have already posted. You can browse any city without changing your own.
Write to info@iniaz.ru with the city name and the region, and we will consider adding it to the directory. In the meantime, choose the nearest large city and mention your actual location in the listing title or description. Do not post the same advert under several nearby cities.
A city is the exact place where an item is available or a service is performed. A region groups nearby cities so that a buyer willing to travel can see offers around a larger centre. Searching a region returns more results but includes places that may be an hour or more away, so check the location in each listing.
Only if the item or service is genuinely available there and you can meet the buyer or arrange handover in that city. Using a false location to appear in a larger market is misleading and may lead to removal. If you are moving, say so in the description rather than changing the city repeatedly.
Support hours and all published response targets are stated in Moscow time (MSK). Listing dates and chat timestamps are shown in the time zone of your device. When reporting an incident, convert the time to MSK or state your time zone, so the log can be matched.
Smaller settlements are reachable through the nearest city or the surrounding region. For goods, many sellers offer delivery or pickup in a larger centre; for housing and services, be explicit about the distance. A precise description of the location is more useful than an unsupported city label.
Yes, in practice: regional housing norms, local registration procedures, transport rules and some fees vary, and Moscow is not a reliable template for Kazan or Krasnodar. Our guides describe the federal framework; for a specific city, confirm details with the local authority or a qualified lawyer before committing money.
Yes. All prices are in Russian roubles regardless of the city, and the currency is not converted in the listing. If you are used to another currency, convert at the current rate before comparing offers. A seller may quote a price in another currency in chat, but the listing itself must state the rouble amount.
Start with the safety guide, which covers documents and common scams across Russia, then check the FAQ categories for housing, vehicles and jobs. City-specific questions that are not covered can be sent to support@iniaz.ru, and recurring ones are added to the help centre.
Real estate
10Inspect the flat in person, check that the person showing it matches the owner in the documents, and read the draft lease before paying anything. Pay the deposit only after signing, and ask for a receipt that states the amount and the conditions for its return. Never send money for a flat you have not seen.
A passport, a recent extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (выписка ЕГРН) confirming ownership, and the legal basis for letting the flat, such as ownership or a notarised power of attorney. If the landlord is not the owner, ask for the owner's consent in writing. A photocopy alone proves nothing.
A written contract is not legally required for a short tenancy, but it is strongly recommended and it is the only reliable record of the deposit, the notice period and who pays utilities. A lease of a year or more must be registered with Rosreestr. Keep a signed copy with the landlord's full name and passport details.
One month's rent is the common deposit in most Russian cities, sometimes two for furnished flats. The contract should state what the deposit covers and the condition for return, usually after the final meter reading and inspection. Get a written receipt for the deposit and photographs of the flat on the day you move in.
Коммуналка covers utilities such as heating, water, electricity and building maintenance, and responsibility is set by the contract. A common arrangement is that the tenant pays metered consumption while the owner pays the fixed maintenance charges. Ask for the latest receipts before signing, so you know the real monthly cost.
Yes, with the owner's consent: the landlord must agree and the registration is recorded through the migration authorities or a multifunctional centre. For a long tenancy this protects access to services, but it also creates obligations for the owner. Agree it in writing before signing rather than after moving in.
Foreign citizens must be registered at their place of stay within the period set by migration rules, and the receiving party usually files the notice. Keep your migration card, visa and registration slip with you, and check that the address on the registration matches the flat. The platform is not a migration adviser; confirm current deadlines with the landlord and the local migration office.
A fake listing with attractive photos and a price below the market, where the fraudster asks for a deposit or an agency fee before any viewing, often explaining that the flat is in high demand. Legitimate owners do not demand money before an inspection. Copy the photos into a reverse image search, and never transfer to a card in another person's name.
In general yes, with exceptions for certain land plots and strategic areas, and the purchase is registered with Rosreestr. A buyer should use a lawyer, verify the title and the encumbrances, and check the seller's authority. The platform does not act as an agent, does not check titles and does not provide legal advice on a purchase.
No. We verify accounts, not property titles, and we do not obtain extracts from Rosreestr. The ownership check is the tenant's responsibility before money changes hands. Report a listing if the owner refuses to provide documents or pressures you to pay before a viewing.
Vehicles
10Check the VIN, the vehicle passport (ПТС), the registration certificate (СТС) and the number plates against the car itself, then look for restrictions and accident history in the publicly available databases. Take a mechanic or an inspection service for the technical check. A price far below the market is a reason to inspect harder, not faster.
The vehicle passport records the car's history, its owners and its customs clearance, and the original document is important for resale value. A duplicate may indicate a lost or pledged original, so ask why it was replaced. Never buy a car whose VIN or ПТС details do not match the vehicle.
Check the official databases of the traffic police (ГИБДД) and the notary system for pledges, and request an inspection before signing. A car can be sold legally while still pledged to a bank, and the buyer can lose it. Paid history reports are useful, but always confirm the current status yourself on the day of the deal.
Check the body panels for repainting, the gaps between panels, the tyres, the brake discs and the interior wear against the stated mileage. On the test drive, listen for noise, check the gearbox, the steering and the electronics. Ask for a cold start and inspect for oil leaks under the engine.
Use a written contract of sale (договор купли-продажи) in two or three copies, with the full names, passport details, the VIN, the price and the date. Both parties sign every copy, and the buyer keeps one for the traffic police. Pay by a traceable method and write the amount and the payment method into the contract.
The buyer must re-register the vehicle with the traffic police within ten days of the transfer, and the seller should keep evidence of the handover. Late registration can lead to administrative fines and complications for the seller if the new owner receives penalties. Insurance (ОСАГО) must be in place before driving.
An imported car needs customs clearance, an electronic vehicle passport (ЭПТС) and compliance with Russian technical requirements, and the duties depend on the age and the engine. Verify that the customs documents and the ЭПТС are genuine before paying, because an uncleared car cannot be registered. Import rules change, so confirm the current procedure with a customs broker.
A very low price usually signals a hidden problem: a pledged car, a damaged body, a cloned VIN, an engine number mismatch, or a seller who does not own the car. It can also be a scam that collects a deposit and disappears. Ask why the price is low and treat a vague answer as a refusal.
Yes, with a valid passport, migration registration and the required documents, and the car must be insured. The registration period may be tied to the length of stay, so check the current rules with the traffic police. Keep the purchase contract and the payment proof, because they establish your ownership.
Yes, in the vehicles category, with real photos, the actual mileage, the condition and the terms of the sale. Do not hide accident history, a duplicate ПТС or a restriction; a misleading description is a ground for removal and for a complaint by the buyer. Test drives should take place in a safe public location and with valid insurance.
Jobs and employment
10Choose the jobs category, state the role, the duties, the location, the schedule, the salary and the employment type, and say how candidates should apply. Name the employer and the legal form if you are hiring on behalf of a company. Vague vacancies without a salary range are less effective and may be rejected as incomplete.
Yes, but the employer must follow migration rules: work permits or patents depending on the citizen's status, notification of the migration authorities, and compliance with quotas where they apply. Hiring someone without the right document exposes both sides to fines and possible expulsion. Confirm the current requirements before the first working day.
No. A vacancy that requires a payment for training, equipment, documents, a uniform or a placement is prohibited on the platform and reported to safety. Legitimate employment does not ask the candidate to pay to be hired. Report such a vacancy with the chat and the payment request attached.
The duties, the workplace address, the schedule, the salary or the method of calculation, the employment type and the requirements that are genuinely necessary for the role. State whether it is official employment with a labour contract, a civil contract or self-employed cooperation. Hidden conditions discovered after hiring are a common source of disputes.
Warning signs are a salary far above the market for simple work, a request to pay for training or a deposit, a demand for documents before any interview, and communication only through a personal messenger. A real employer can explain the company, the role and the payment terms without pressure. Never send a passport scan to an address you cannot verify.
A written employment contract under the Labour Code (ТК РФ) is required, and it must state the role, the salary, the schedule and the probation period if any. The employer must make contributions and provide the social package. A verbal agreement leaves the employee without most protections, so insist on a signed contract before starting.
A passport, a migration card, a patent or work permit where required, a registration at the place of stay, and a taxpayer number (ИНН) and social insurance number (СНИЛС). Some roles require additional medical certificates or qualifications. The exact list depends on citizenship and status, so check it with the employer and the migration office.
An employee works under a labour contract with paid leave, sick pay and employer contributions. A self-employed contractor (самозанятый) or a civil contract relationship has no such protections and the contractor handles their own taxes. An employer cannot simply reclassify a permanent job as self-employment to reduce costs, and doing so carries risks for both sides.
Only where it is genuinely an educational or training arrangement and complies with labour law; unpaid work that produces value for the employer is generally unlawful. State clearly that the position is unpaid and describe what the intern receives. Vacancies that disguise unpaid labour as an internship may be removed.
Discrimination is prohibited under Article 3 of the Labour Code (ТК РФ), including requirements based on gender, age, nationality or appearance that are not justified by the role. Salary must not be misrepresented, and a vacancy must not hide fees or unsafe conditions. Reports of discriminatory adverts are reviewed and the listing may be removed.
Services and business
10Create a business profile with your real name, contacts, service area and a clear description, then add listings for the services you actually provide. Paid promotion increases visibility within the category but does not replace an honest description and real photographs. Impersonating another business or using its brand without permission is prohibited.
Regular commercial activity in Russia generally requires registration as an individual entrepreneur (ИП), a company (ООО) or self-employed status, and the applicable taxes follow from that choice. Occasional private sales of personal items are different from offering a service commercially. The platform does not provide tax advice; confirm your status with a qualified accountant.
State whether the price is fixed, an hourly rate or a starting estimate, and describe what is included and what costs extra. Put the scope and the payment schedule in writing before work begins. Under consumer protection law the customer is entitled to clear pre-contract information, and an unclear quote is the most common source of complaints.
Yes, a business profile can show the address, opening hours and a map reference, and the listing should describe the actual goods or services. Do not claim certifications, awards or affiliations you cannot document. Changes to the address or the hours should be updated, because a customer who travels to a closed shop has a legitimate complaint.
Under 38-FZ, advertising distributed in Russia must be identifiable as advertising, and online advertising is subject to marking and reporting rules through the authorised system. A promoted post that is not a normal listing may fall within those rules, and responsibility rests with the advertiser and the advertising distributor. If you are unsure, keep promotional content clearly labelled.
Under 54-FZ, payments for goods and services to consumers generally require a fiscal receipt from a registered cash register or the applicable self-employed reporting. Payments made through the platform receive a platform receipt for the platform service only, not for your own service to your customer. Do not describe a platform receipt as proof of payment for your work.
You may invite customers to leave an honest review, but you may not offer rewards for a positive rating, write reviews for yourself or ask the platform to delete criticism you dislike. Reviews containing personal data, threats or unsupported factual claims can be reported and are reviewed. Manipulating ratings leads to restrictions on the business profile.
Under the Consumer Protection Act (Закон РФ 2300-1), a customer is entitled to clear information before the contract, a defined timeframe, a remedy for defective work and, where applicable, compensation for losses. A service provider cannot disclaim these rights in its own terms. Keep the contract, the receipts and the correspondence for the duration of the work.
Yes, and the listing should state that the service is delivered remotely, how it is delivered and what the customer needs to provide. Payment terms, refund conditions and the applicable jurisdiction should be clear before the work starts. Cross-border delivery of a service can raise tax and data-protection questions, so confirm them in advance.
Verify the company or entrepreneur in the Federal Tax Service registers using the ИНН or OGRN, ask for a contract and a price estimate, and look for a real portfolio and references. For work at your home, meet in person and avoid large advance payments. A refusal to sign a contract or to provide registration details is a reason to walk away.
Privacy and personal data
10Account data such as your name or display name, email, phone number and city; listing content you publish; messages you exchange; payment references and receipts for platform services; and technical data such as device type, IP address and pages visited. We do not ask for passport data unless you choose verification, and we never ask for card details outside the payment provider's page.
We rely on your consent under 152-FZ for optional processing such as marketing and verification, on the performance of the user agreement for the service itself, and on legal obligations for records such as fiscal receipts. Consent can be withdrawn, but withdrawing it may make parts of the service unavailable. The privacy policy lists each purpose with its basis.
Account data is kept while the account exists and is destroyed within thirty days of a verified deletion request, subject to legal exceptions. Chat messages are kept for twelve months, payment and receipt records for five years as required by tax and 54-FZ rules, and safety case records for three years. Technical logs are kept for six months.
Write to privacy@iniaz.ru from the address registered on the account and state that you are making a data-subject access request. We confirm your identity, then provide the categories of data, the purposes, the legal basis and the recipients, as required by 152-FZ. The request is answered within ten business days.
Use the deletion option in account settings or send a request to privacy@iniaz.ru. The profile is deactivated and public listings are hidden immediately, and personal data is destroyed within thirty days where no legal retention duty applies. Receipts, dispute records and data needed for a legal claim are kept for their statutory periods.
Personal data of Russian citizens is stored and processed in Russia, as required by the localisation rule in Article 18, part 5 of 152-FZ. Any cross-border transfer under Article 12 happens only for a defined purpose, with a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards, and we do not sell data. The privacy policy describes the categories of recipients.
Access is limited to staff who need it for a specific task: support to answer your ticket, moderation to review a report, verification to check a document, and finance to process a payment. Access is logged, reviewed and removed when a person leaves the role. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms, and optional analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. Optional cookies are set only with your consent through the cookie banner, and you can change the choice at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and payment from working.
Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email or turn off marketing messages in account settings. Service messages about your account, a payment, a moderation decision or a security event are not marketing and continue while the account is active. Unsubscribing never affects the delivery of safety notices.
We apply the security measures required by Article 19 of 152-FZ: encrypted connections, access control, logging, backups and internal rules limiting what staff may do with data. The operator has notified Roskomnadzor as required by Article 22. If a breach creates a risk to users, we notify the regulator and affected users as the law requires.
