Definitions

The Operator is the iniaz.ru platform administration, which operates the website and provides the Services. The Platform is the website at https://iniaz.ru and its interfaces. A User is any person who accesses the Platform. A Listing is any advert, profile, review or message published through it. Services are the information and technical services provided, including hosting listings, search, messaging and paid promotion.

A Consumer is a User acting for personal, family or household needs as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 2300-1. A Business User is a User acting in the course of entrepreneurial activity.

Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms are a public offer addressed to an indefinite number of persons within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance occurs on registration, publication of a Listing, sending a message through the Platform or payment for a Paid Service, and it is complete and unconditional.

A person who accepts on behalf of a company confirms authority to bind it, and the company becomes the User. The Operator may require documentary confirmation of that authority for a Business User.

Eligibility

The Platform is intended for persons aged eighteen and over who have legal capacity to enter into agreements. Accounts for minors are not permitted, and the Operator may request age confirmation where a Listing gives reason to doubt it.

The User is responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them, including migration, tax, currency and employment rules of the Russian Federation. Information on the Platform is not legal, tax, migration or investment advice.

Registration and account security

Registration requires a working email address and a phone number confirmed by a one-time code, and the information provided must be accurate and current. One account per person and per confirmed phone number is permitted; additional accounts created to evade a restriction are a material breach.

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under the account, unless it was used without the User's knowledge after a timely report to safety@iniaz.ru. A one-time code, password or session must never be shared, including with a person claiming to represent the Operator. The Operator may suspend an account while verifying a suspected compromise, fraud report or identity discrepancy, and the User may appeal under section 11.

User content and licence

The User retains ownership of published content and grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to store, reproduce, display, format and distribute it within the Platform and in search-engine indexes, for as long as it remains published and for the technical period needed to remove it from backups.

The User warrants that they own or may publish the content, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it infringes no third-party right, including copyright, trade marks and personal data. The Operator may remove content on a substantiated notice, following the information-intermediary procedure of the Civil Code.

The Operator may moderate, reformat, label or shorten content to comply with law or these Terms without altering its meaning. Moderation creates no obligation to review all content and does not constitute endorsement.

Prohibited content and goods

The following may not be published, offered or promoted: goods and services whose circulation is prohibited or restricted by Russian law; weapons and ammunition; narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors; counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property; stolen property; forged documents, diplomas, migration papers and vehicle plates; sexual services and adult content; extremist or terrorist material, including under 114-FZ and 398-FZ; content harmful to children under 436-FZ; third-party personal data published without consent; malware, hacking tools and phishing material; financial pyramids and offers of an unsupported guaranteed return.

Content lawful elsewhere but prohibited in the Russian Federation may not be published. The Operator may remove any Listing that, in its reasonable assessment, creates a risk of unlawful activity, physical harm or serious financial loss, and may report it to the competent authorities. A User who encounters prohibited content must report it; deliberately false reports are themselves a breach.

Commercial content and advertising

A User who publishes promotional or advertising content is the advertiser and is responsible for compliance with 38-FZ. Advertising must be identifiable as such, must not contain false or misleading claims, and must not disparage competitors unlawfully.

Online advertising distributed in Russia may require marking and reporting through the authorised system. Business Users are responsible for applying those requirements and for the accuracy of claims about prices, discounts, certifications and affiliations. A claimed discount must correspond to a genuine previous price.

The Operator may label a Listing as promotional, place it in a commercial block, or refuse content it reasonably considers to be undisclosed advertising. Paid placement is always distinguishable from an organic result.

Paid Services, prices and payment

Registration and standard publication are free. Paid Services, such as highlighting, boosting, pinning and business tools, are supplied at the prices shown before payment, stated in Russian roubles and including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change for future purchases without affecting a completed one.

Payment is made through the Operator's payment provider by the methods offered at checkout, and the Operator does not store full card details. A payment is made when the provider confirms it. Every successful payment generates a fiscal receipt under 54-FZ, sent to the account email and kept in the wallet history.

The Operator may suspend a Paid Service or refuse a transaction where a payment is reversed, a chargeback is opened or fraud is suspected. A promotional placement remains subject to moderation: paying for visibility does not exempt a Listing from these Terms.

Wallet and credits

The wallet is an internal record of funds prepaid for Paid Services. It is not a bank account, bears no interest, is not an instrument for transfers between Users, and cannot be used to pay a seller, a landlord or an employer.

Promotional credits and bonuses have no cash value, are not withdrawable and may expire on the terms stated when granted. Unused funds that were actually paid may be returned to the original payment method under section 10.

Refunds for Paid Services

A refund may be requested from support@iniaz.ru with the order or receipt number. Where a Paid Service has not started, it is normally refunded in full to the original payment method; where it has been partially delivered, the Operator may refund the undelivered part at its reasonable discretion.

No refund is available where a Listing was removed for a breach of these Terms, where the User provided false information, or where the promotion has fully run. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days and appear within a further five to ten banking days.

Nothing in this section limits the rights of a Consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2300-1. Where mandatory law provides a stronger right, that law applies.

Moderation, enforcement and appeals

The Operator reviews new Listings and reported content using automated filters and human review. Moderation checks compliance with these Terms and Russian law; it does not verify ownership, the accuracy of a description or the solvency of a User. Approval of a Listing is not a statement that its content is true.

Where a breach is established, the Operator may request an edit, remove the content, limit publication, suspend the account or close it permanently. The sanction is proportionate to the breach and the account history, and serious fraud, threats or child-safety violations lead to immediate suspension. Records may be preserved and disclosed where a lawful request requires it.

A User may appeal within thirty days by replying to the notification or writing to support@iniaz.ru with the Listing number and the grounds. A reviewer who did not take the original decision examines the appeal and answers within two business days. If the appeal is upheld, the content is restored and any affected Paid Service is extended where technically possible.

The Operator's role

The Operator provides an information platform. It is not a real estate agency, recruitment agency, broker, carrier, payment institution, bank or escrow agent. It does not negotiate, conclude, execute or guarantee any transaction between Users, and it receives no commission from such a transaction.

Any agreement for the sale, lease, hire, employment or supply of services is concluded directly between the Users, who alone are responsible for its terms, documents, payments, handover, taxes and legal compliance. Information in the help centre describes the general legal framework for orientation and is not legal advice.

No escrow, no payment guarantee

The Operator does not hold, collect, transfer or return funds between Users, does not act as an escrow agent, does not provide buyer protection and does not insure any transaction. A payment between Users occurs outside the Platform and cannot be reversed by the Operator.

No member of staff may promise that the Platform will hold a deposit, release funds on delivery or compensate a loss from a private deal. A statement to that effect is a misrepresentation and should be reported to safety@iniaz.ru.

Verification badges

A verification badge confirms that the account holder completed the identity check described in the help centre at a given time. It does not certify ownership of an asset, the accuracy of a Listing, the quality of a service, creditworthiness or lawful conduct.

Verification may be refused, suspended or revoked where a document expires, a name changes, a document proves invalid, or a confirmed fraud report shows the identity was used dishonestly. A revoked badge is removed from active Listings.

Intellectual property and third-party services

The Platform, its design, software, texts, structure, databases and trade marks belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and international treaties. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, scraped or used to create derivative works without written permission.

Automated collection of Listings or personal data, including crawling, harvesting and bulk downloading, is prohibited except for ordinary search-engine indexing authorised by the Operator. The iniaz.ru name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Personal data

The Operator processes personal data in accordance with 152-FZ and the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Processing is based on consent, performance of this agreement and compliance with legal obligations, and the Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, retention, recipients and data-subject rights.

Users must not publish third-party personal data without a lawful basis, and the Operator may remove such content on a substantiated request. Data-subject requests are sent to privacy@iniaz.ru and answered within the periods set by 152-FZ.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy, completeness or lawfulness of User content, or that a Listing will produce a sale, a tenancy or a hire.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform is free of malware introduced by third parties, although it applies the security measures described in the Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for device security and backups, and no information obtained through the Platform creates a warranty not stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the Platform, from User content or from a transaction between Users.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Operator's aggregate liability for Paid Services is limited to the amount actually paid for them in the twelve months preceding the event. This does not apply to harm caused intentionally, to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to Consumer rights under 2300-1.

The Operator is not liable for the acts or omissions of Users, including fraud, non-delivery, non-payment, defective goods or unlawful eviction. It may assist with evidence and moderation without becoming a party to the dispute.

Indemnity

A User agrees to indemnify the Operator against claims, losses, fines and reasonable expenses arising from their content, their breach of these Terms, their violation of law or their infringement of a third party's rights. This obligation survives closure of the account, and a Business User additionally indemnifies the Operator against claims relating to its advertising, goods, services, employment practices and taxes.

Force majeure

The Operator is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of public authorities, changes in law, network or hosting failures outside its control, cyberattacks, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes and restrictions on international payments.

If such circumstances continue beyond thirty consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected Services without penalty. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to restore the Services and preserve User content during the interruption.

Dispute resolution

A User must first raise a dispute with support@iniaz.ru or legal@iniaz.ru and allow thirty calendar days for a response before going to court, except where urgent injunctive relief is needed. A Consumer may apply to a court at any time despite this pre-court procedure.

A complaint should include the account email, the relevant Listing or order numbers, a factual timeline and the outcome requested. The written reply records the Operator's position and may later be used in court, and a Consumer may also apply to Rospotrebnadzor.

Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligation arising from them are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its purpose.

Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms where necessary for legal compliance, security or the development of the Services. A material change is announced by email or a prominent notice at least ten days before it takes effect, unless the law requires a shorter period.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. A User who does not accept the changes may stop using the Platform and delete the account before that date.

Termination and contact

A User may delete their account at any time in account settings. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, for a legal requirement, or where continued provision would create a risk of harm. Sections that by their nature survive termination, including intellectual property, indemnity, liability and dispute resolution, remain in force.
